Try out this berry tasty recipe using our Raspberry and Elderflower Water Flavouring created by a professional mixologist.
Ingredients:
- 6 x mint leaves
- 25ml water
- 1/4 fresh lime
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan’s Raspberry and Elderflower Water Flavouring
- 125ml Water
- Ice cubes
- Crushed ice
- Raspberry and lime to serve
Method:
- Place mint leaves into the bottom of the cocktail shaker with 25ml of water and crush well
- Squeeze quarter of a lime into crushed mint mixture and stir
- Add The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan’s Raspberry and Elderflower Water Flavouring
- Add generous helping of ice cubes into mixture and shake well
To Serve:
- Fill large cocktail glass with crushed ice
- Pour mixture into glass and top with 125ml still water
- Add a fresh mint sprig into the glass
- Top with a fresh lime disc
- Place a fresh raspberry onto the straw for added elegance
