We all know we have to drink plenty of water on a diet. Zing it up with this zesty recipe created by a professional mixologist using The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan’s Lemon and Lime water flavouring!
Ingredients:
- 3x lemons
- 1/2 a lime
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan’s Lemon and Lime Water Flavouring
- Ice cubes
- Crushed ice
- Soda water
Method:
- Squeeze the juice of two lemons into a cocktail shaker
- Mix lemon juice mixture with the juice of half a lime
- Stir in the The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan’s Lemon and Lime Water Flavouring
- Add cubed ice and shake well
To Serve:
- Add crushed ice into a short tumbler
- Pour in mocktail mixture
- Top with soda water and a fresh lemon disc
